Add support for combined date/time or date-only strings when specifying
the start or end time of a new item.
This is a follow-up to 1f39b5c (Add support for moving items to another
day, 2016-09-30).

calcurse

Building
--------
If you are using a release tarball, the following commands can be used to build
and install calcurse:
$ ./configure
$ make
$ make install
Note that `make install` needs to be run as root. When working on a Git
checkout, you need to run `./autogen.sh` before `./configure`.
Package Overview
