Refactor port number out of newGtpuCreateTunnel()

Browse Source 
The (remote) port number of the GTP module is configured during
initialization. It is therefore not required when calling
newGtpuCreateTunnel(), and could even lead to bugs (if another port
number is used than specified during GTP init).
