This commit introduces a dedicated simulation environment to validate
the uplink MU-MIMO joint processing framework. It models a scenario
where a single gNB serves multiple spatially multiplexed UEs sharing
the exact same time and frequency resources.
The simulator executes the complete physical layer baseband pipeline:
- PUSCH data generation and LDPC encoding per UE
- OFDM modulation (TX)
- Signal propagation through a multi-path channel model
- OFDM demodulation (RX) at the gNB
- Joint PUSCH decoding, equalization, and spatial demultiplexing
Performance metrics such as scrambling errors and BLER per UE is
evaluated at the end of the simulation.

- The nr_rx_pusch_tp() function, which handles single UE PUSCH RX
processing, is extended to nr_rx_pusch_group_tp() for group based
processing, where all UEs belonging to the same group are processed
together.
- A joint PDU is created that accumulates all the layers of the UEs in
a group to process them jointly. This creates a virtual single UE
MIMO configuration that can be processed using existing OAI functions.
The resulting output consists of the LLRs from all the UEs. The LLRs
are further separated per UE, and unscrambling is performed
individually.
- Note that the unscrambling step is removed from
nr_pusch_symbol_processing(). Because the resulting output from joint
processing consists of LLRs from multiple UEs, these LLRs need to be
separated before they can be unscrambled individually.

Refactor ULSCH_id based processing of the PUSCH PDUs to group based
processing using FAPI groups. This is required to process multiple
PUSCH PDUs jointly for MU-MIMO. This is an initial commit that
supports group size = 1 and will be extended to > 1 in the following
commits.
The flow of group information from MAC to PHY using FAPI is as follows:
- In MAC, nr_schedule_pusch_fapi_groups() is introduced to group UEs
that have PUSCH PDUs with the same frequency, time, and QAM order
along with orthogonal DMRS ports into a single group. The FAPI
groups consist of UE lists filled with a PDU index. Based on the
parameter UL_tti_req->n_group, the number of unique groups is
identified. In each group, the parameter group->n_ue defines the
number of UEs present in the group along with their PDU indices.
- After receiving the FAPI message in the PHY from MAC, in
nr_save_ul_tti_req(), a group number and group size for each
PUSCH PDU is allocated in nr_fill_ulsch(), and a PUSCH job is created.
- Further, after a job is created, in phy_procedures_gNB_uespec_RX(),
the PUSCH PDUs of the ULSCH_ids for each group are segregated based
on the group index. They are processed jointly using
handle_pusch_rx_group_trigger(), and the PUSCH DTX per UE in the
group is calculated using handle_pusch_DTX().

The function handle_pusch_decode_trigger() consists of PUSCH RX processing and PUSCH DTX detection
per UE. This is now split into two functions: handle_pusch_rx_trigger() and handle_pusch_DTX(). This
is needed for group based processing where each group consists of multiple UEs and
handle_pusch_rx_trigger() processes PUSCH RX for multiple UEs jointly while handle_pusch_DTX() need to
detect PUSCH DTX per UE.

Add automated FHI72 4x4 nightly testing
Add configuration files (conf, YAML, XML) for a new pipeline targeting
nightly high-throughput testing with FHI7.2 RUs. This pipeline is
designed to perform daily performance and stability testing using
either:
- the integration branch (to detect regressions in high-throughput
scenarios), or
- the develop branch (to collect up-to-date performance
metrics and observe long-term stability trends)
Details:
- testing with F1 split: DU runs on stonechat, CU runs on OC
- 4x4 MIMO, 4 DL layers layers with VVDN, LiteON, Metanoia, Bennetel550
and Benetel650 FHI7.2 RUs
- T2 card for LDPC processing

Branch names containing '/' are invalid in Docker image tags. Compute a
sanitized testBranch variable once (replacing '/' with '-') in the
Verify Guidelines stage and pass it to both triggerSlaveJob (as the new
testBranch parameter) and triggerCN5GSlaveJob (as fullRanTag).

This change enables configuring the repository and branch to test
directly from Jenkins.
The default checkout performed by the testing pipeline is now skipped,
since it does not support parameterized git URLs. Instead, the SCM
checkout is executed during the Build Init step, allowing dynamic
repository selection.

Jenkinsfile-GitLab-Container now constructs CI testing branch as
{sourceBranch}-{sourceCommit} and passes it explicitly to all downstream
jobs. Both Jenkinsfile and Jenkinsfile-push-local-repo consume it via
params.branch instead of independently reconstructing the name, ensuring
that the branch pushed by RAN-Local-Repo-Push and the branch checked out
by test jobs are always identical.

UP3 development UE is used since no dedicated CI UE is available for outdoor
testing. CN with PLMN 20899 can be deployed locally on demand, however for
now always-on CN is used (AMF IP address 172.21.6.5).
The gNB is currently configured with pdsch_AntennaPorts_N1 = 2 instead
of 4, as the proper 8x8 antenna configuration triggers an assertion in
polar procedures (see issue 1067). This will be corrected once the assertion
is resolved.

Introduce a dedicated Jenkinsfile for nightly 4x4 runs. Increase the timeout
per test step to 150 minutes (vs. standard 60 minutes). Support dynamic branch
selection - if eNB_CommitID or eNB_Branch is set to "latest", the pipeline
resolves the latest develop or integration branch using get-latest-ref.sh script.

hardcoded to be periodically scheduled every 160 TTIs. The configuration
file has been changed, and instead of

Separate nfapi_p5.c into LTE and NR implementations
This MR aims to separate the implementation of the nFAPI P5 and P7
message pack/unpack procedures into 4G and 5G implementations.
This will be followed up with a separation of the VNF and PNF
implementations in 4G and 5G versions as well.
The final goal is to achieve a clean separation between 4G and 5G,
foregoing the need to compile 4G components when we only want to compile
5G ones.

1. The hardware details in the tutorial were very old; now we are using
some new systems
2. There is no need now to mention the old kernel version and firmware
version
3. I removed the configuration with tuned-adm, as it is confusing
sometimes. So it is better to use just GRUB. I have an OAI tuned
profile ready, but I will do it on another MR. I will check if it
works well on kernel 7.X before pushing
4. Add a document to list the tested/supported hardware on which we have
tested OAI. In another MR I will use that document as reference for
other tutorials as well.

wrong usage of extern declaration in C files, instead of headers, and
fix hidden bugs by this wrong extern declaration duplication.
this fixes pure bugs because we cast variables to the wrong types, even
if the bug has no consequence
it also separates 4G/5G include files, as the error is also in the
headers mixup. Clean up header includes in F1AP.
Further remove some "CU/DUuniqinstances".

When calculating PRB DL/UL usage per UE, the division with 0 might occur
even though the scheduler was locked. It is expected to happen only while
the last UE is disconnecting.
